Environmental Assistant

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Environmental Assistant reporting to the Environmental Manager in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for providing general administrative support to PR’s Environmental Department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and administrative skills as well as experience supporting managers or departments. General Responsibilities Reviewing and drafting a variety of compliance reports Filing documents with government agencies Maintaining electronic and paper files for Environmental Department Assisting Environmental Management in drafting compliance records and related documents Assisting Environmental Department in analyzing and summarizing relevant documentation for Compliance Agreements and record-keeping purposes Providing other general and administrative support as the need arises Minimum Qualifications High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail 3+ years of experience, preferably either in the oil & gas industry or at a publicly traded company Superior ability to prioritize activities and meet all deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to research rules and regulations Able to make decisions quickly but also to seek guidance when appropriate Preferred Qualifications Oil and gas experience Experience with Emissions / Compliance Management systems such as ACTs Compliance Database Reporting experience Permian Resource is an equal opportunity employer.
