Postdoctoral Scholar - Electrical Engineering Wooram Lee Group. The Department of Electrical Engineering at Penn State University is seeking to fill a Postdoctoral Scholar position in RF & mmWave integrated circuits (ICs) and systems to start in the Spring of 2025. The postdoc will work on topics related to sub-THz circuits, beamformer design, heterogeneous integration, and antenna-in-package under the supervision of Prof. Wooram Lee. The postdoctoral scholar is expected to work in a highly collaborative environment where packaging, thermal, and electromagnetics engineers will collaborate to develop the next generation of microelectronics. Conduct research on sub-THz circuits, beamformer design, heterogeneous integration, and antenna-in-package under the supervision of Prof. Wooram Lee. Collaborate with packaging, thermal, and electromagnetics engineers to develop next-generation microelectronics. Qualifications

PhD in electrical engineering by the start date with a strong focus in analog and RF integrated circuits. Expertise in mmWave circuit design using advanced CMOS or SiGe process. Experience with electromagnetic simulations using HFSS and EMX, antenna design, and beamformers. Appointment & How to Apply
