JOB DUTIES:

Supervise the Resource Planning team assigned to them from a technical perspective by providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership for the purpose of achieving departmental goals, excellent team performance, and planning aimed at maximizing availability of equipment to the regional businesses. Implement and continually improve processes and best practices within the team that can withstand audits internally and externally and is proactively prepared for urgent troubleshooting and responses to problems. Coordinate and schedule available pipeline inspection tools and parts for all pipeline inspection projects within the company globally, with the aim of optimizing the planning and utilization of the present resources by acting as an interface amongst various departments. Execute and monitor the identification of missing parts when planning for future projects, initiate and monitor filling gaps while continuously communicating updates to the impacted project teams/departments. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in cooperation with all parties involved. Responsibility to maintain and publish KPIs and reports about the utilization of the pipeline inspection tool fleet and monitor deviations. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Science field, or related field plus 3 years of experience in resource planning (disposition, production planning, maintenance planning), 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, training others, and personnel responsibility, and advanced technical knowledge of NDT pipeline inspection tool fleet and used technology.
