Key Duties and Responsibilities
Process orders using Microsoft BC software, including printing carton and shipping barcode labels. Manage important documents such as advanced shipping notices, pick slips, and bills of lading. Schedule loaders with transportation carriers. Supervise and guide warehouse loaders/pickers. Submit daily orders, including EDI ASN and invoices. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders. Handle daily inventory updates. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Report to management on activities and issues. Submit transportation (ticket) portal access. Responsible for daily work orders. Skills and Qualifications
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task. Proven experience as a shipping manager. Solid knowledge of logistics procedures. Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g., ASN). Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma; degree is a plus with 2-3 years logistics experience. Bilingual in English and Chinese.
