Job Purpose

Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and schedules the requisitioning and manufacturing of parts and components required for the assembly of finished products for an assigned product line. Roles and Responsibilities

Execute MPS Review new orders and bookings daily Execute Purchase Orders for material procurement Generate and Maintain Foundry/CM Schedules Generate and maintain accurate Customer OTD (on time delivery) Measure and Monitor OTD Measure and monitor late backlog Maintain master data – planning Additional

ISO Maintenance Sap Maintenance Ad Hoc Tasks as agreed with Planning Manager Key Competencies Required

Strong planning and organisational skills. Strong Analytical skills. Effective communication skills Ability to work within a team environment Ability to work on own initiative. Thorough working knowledge of MRP (inputs, logic and outputs) within an ERP system Good Spoken and Written English Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in Production Planning and Vendor Scheduling Minimum 3 years experience working with an ERP system.
