We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Digital Content Manager - Cross Channel Strategy. NYU Langone Health is seeking an innovative and creative Senior Digital Content Manager to assist in editorial planning and day-to-day management of editorial, content planning and content development across physician and patient audiences on our owned platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital content creation and help establish a strategic vision that leverages data, audience insights, emerging technologies and best practices to support key business priorities and drive future competitiveness of these marketing and communications channels. Reporting to the Director, Cross-Channel Content Strategy, this role will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to craft integrated campaigns that promote NYULHs branding and storytelling consistently and effectively. Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Support the development of content strategy for assigned audiences and platforms to enhance content creation, distribution and optimization that amplifies reach and impact; work closely with the Director of Cross-Channel Content Strategy to strategize and expand presence Assist in content campaign planning and support development of the institution's content strategy agenda, identifying and embedding emerging trends to establish NYULH as a content leader for assigned platforms Gather and apply audience insights and analytics to inform content strategy, better meet audience needs and improve the audience experience Contribute to brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through compelling storytelling across online channels Help maintain a consistent and impactful content experience across all assigned platforms and tools Support and drive content creation for physician and patient facing audiences based on business needs Content Development and Execution: Assist in maintaining an editorial content calendar for assigned platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content updates Support collaboration with internal and external agency partners for content development Ensure consistent editorial use of NYU Langone brand voice across properties Track and report key metrics against KPIs to drive data-driven enhancements to content strategies Monitor and improve audience engagement Assist in executing content across Physician Focus and NewsHub websites, leveraging audience insights and business needs Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with Content Strategy Lead and internal partners to ensure content release schedules are aligned across channels to reinforce consistent messaging and audience experience Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including physicians, researchers, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for new and curated content that meets audience needs Partner with Brand Standards and Governance Lead to ensure all content aligns with NYULH brand guidelines Operational Excellence: Execute goals and priorities while adhering to organizational standards for delivering excellent work Leverage tracking tools to measure and define success compared to other institutions in specialty areas Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment Adept at building rapport and exhibiting interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
