Program Analyst- All Levels (Pomona, NJ)
Location : Atlantic City, NJ Overview
Location: Atlantic City, NJ. Duties to be performed include performing multiple, varying, and complex assignments to assist in the development and promulgation of policies under minimal direction. The role involves communication across organizational units/teams and generating materials to deliver various communications and NAS-related information to a wide range of stakeholders. Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations for short- and long-term program planning. May require expertise in configuration management, earned value management, financial management, cost estimation, or risk management. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, industry, and other parties, to enhance FAA operations. Responsibilities
Perform multiple, varying, and complex assignments to support policy development and promulgation. Generate materials to deliver communications, messaging, and NAS-related information to various stakeholders. Conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies; present recommendations for program planning. Possess or develop expertise in configuration management, earned value management, financial management, cost estimation, or risk management as needed. Collaborate with internal and external customers, including senior management and industry partners. Draft, review, and edit reports or documents for final approval; present briefings and coordinate technical matters as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field. 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree or MBA in a related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience. PhD in a related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience. Previous Experience Required: WJHTC experience, NAS systems Equal Employment Opportunity
