Job Purpose Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support the execution of retail sales strategies in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management
Facilitate business development activities, including product presentations, training sessions, and promotional initiatives
Conduct regular field visits to engage with account stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to support account needs
Provide feedback and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic planning and decision-making
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of an organization
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
Comfortable working in a hybrid role that blends inside sales responsibilities with field-based activities
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Required travel approximately 30%
Skills and Competencies
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of Dana’s product portfolio and customer base
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
