full-time Associate Veterinarian
to join its experienced and collaborative team. Located between Key Largo and Marathon, this beautiful Florida Keys location offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive clinic and live in a world-class coastal community.
The hospital is fully equipped with
digital full-body and dental radiology, ultrasound, surgical laser, and cold/therapy laser , allowing for advanced care and confident diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures including anesthesia management
Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care
Mentor and support staff through the
LevelUp clinical training program
Manage a variety of cases, from routine wellness visits to complex surgeries
Qualifications:
DVM/VMD from an
AVMA-accredited college
(or completion of the
ECFVG/PAVE
program)
Valid Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Passion for continuous learning and high-quality patient care
