Digital Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN (2 days on-site per week)
Duration: Contract through January 2026, potential to extend
Overview We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Digital Project Manager to oversee multiple creative workstreams across four key categories — Core Beauty, Food & Beverage, Baby, and Pets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to digital initiatives across .com and app platforms.
You’ll partner closely with digital marketing strategists, creative teams, and production partners to ensure projects move forward smoothly from concept through delivery. Success in this role means keeping teams aligned, workstreams prioritized, and creative assets delivered on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Drive weekly progress across multiple digital categories, coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business partners and creative teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables lists, and status updates across multiple channels and tactics.
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and manage dependencies between workstreams.
Coordinate photography timelines and deliverables with creative producers and content teams.
Assign and track creative work weekly through internal workflow tools.
Ensure leadership reviews and approvals happen efficiently to keep work on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional project management experience, ideally within digital, creative, or marketing environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Experience working cross‑functionally to prioritize and deliver complex digital initiatives.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Slingshot, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Miro (or similar tools).
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
