As a Supply Planner at Après, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our raw materials and inventory are always in the right place at the right time, so our creativity never slows down. This role involves managing inventory, raw materials purchase planning, production planning, and reviewing purchase budgets. You'll assist in maintaining optimal stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring efficient supply planning and on-time delivery. The goal is to meet sales targets while minimizing excess inventory. : Supply Chain Strategy Develop and provide monthly purchase and production plans based on demand forecasts to support inventory needs. Review Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and updates. Collaborate with sales, product, R&D, procurement, and production teams on promotions and product launches, incorporating these into the supply plan. Evaluate and optimize lead times and coordinate expedited shipping plans to improve supply chain efficiency. Work with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery. Inventory Management Strategy Maintain inventory levels based on demand forecasts and sales goals, monitoring inventory turnover. Generate weekly reports on inventory allocation across locations to meet sales channel demands. Monitor inventory metrics regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly. Track inventory movements to ensure accuracy and support daily operations. Prepare reports on Material Requirements Planning (MRP), backorders, and stock-outs, providing insights for optimization. Produce monthly reports on discontinued and slow-moving items, recommending actions to reduce holding costs. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or production roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment dealing with complex assemblies. Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite. Proactive with strong responsibility, speed, and accuracy. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Flexible team player.
