Education & Experience: BSN required (or currently enrolled in BSN/MSN program with graduation within three years)

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required

National certification within three years of hire

Skills & Knowledge: Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Proficiency in nursing principles, equipment, and current care standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and assist patients or equipment up to 50 lbs

Frequent standing, walking, and patient positioning

Clear hearing and vision to respond to alarms, monitor patients, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Assess patients, prioritize needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions

Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance

Document care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital and state regulations
