The
LREP
is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, designed to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders. The program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training to provide a comprehensive understanding of Bray’s business and operations. You will rotate through four key business functions: Manufacturing Operations Technical Product Development Product Management Additional rotations may be defined to support program objectives Each rotation offers hands-on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion. What You Can Expect
Four strategic rotations
(1–6 months each) across core business areas Individualized development plans
tailored to strengths, interests, and career goals Executive mentorship
and regular coaching from senior leaders Challenging, high-impact projects
with visibility across the organization Comprehensive technical and leadership training , with access to Bray’s executive program committee Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking driven and adaptable engineering graduates ready to jumpstart their careers in a high-growth, global environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred) Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program Open to U.S. relocation post-program Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A results-driven mindset with leadership potential Willingness to travel during rotations Why Work for Us?
