Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Course Designer/Creator to develop engaging, interactive, and educational content for our online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult learning principles. Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and training materials for a variety of subjects and audiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of the course material. Create interactive multimedia elements, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and other learning activities. Develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments that align with instructional goals. Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules. Ensure all e-learning content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, ADA). Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content. Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into course design. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-Learning Designer/Creator or Instructional Designer. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate). Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Experience in creating interactive multimedia elements and assessments. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC standards is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
