The F&I Finance Manager ensures the dealership meets its sales and gross profit goals and generates additional revenue through finance and insurance product sales. Key Responsibilities: Forecast vehicle requirements and departmental sales for the upcoming 90 days Set monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and departmental profit goals Sell financing, insurance, extended warranties, and aftermarket products Maintain relationships with finance sources Prepare and submit finance paperwork for approval Conduct daily meetings with sales staff to review results and plans Lead sales meetings and facilitate pre-delivery processes Provide training to sales staff Handle rate quotations and ensure paperwork accuracy Log sales income, verify insurance and trade payoffs, and collect deposits Adhere to safety policies and report incidents Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to understand instructions and information Finance degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of dealership finance procedures Previous sales experience Computer literacy preferred Professional appearance Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug tests, credit report, and possess a valid driver’s license Join us for a rewarding career with comprehensive training, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.
