Pediatrician Opportunity, Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) – Amherst Practice. Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) brings pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens to many northeast Ohio communities through our 40+ pediatric offices. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options and is open to part-time or full-time physicians offering a supportive work/life balance. This is an outpatient opportunity with after-hours calls and Saturday office hours shared between providers. Calls reach the physician only after being screened by our after-hours nurse triage line, which handles more than 90% of the calls. This location is part of the Akron Children's Northern Region, bringing together pediatric primary care, over a dozen in-demand pediatric specialty care practices, and rehabilitation services in one convenient location. Responsibilities
Outpatient pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens Shared after-hours calls and Saturday office hours with other providers Calls are screened by an after-hours nurse triage line (handles >90% of calls) Use of EPIC as the system-wide electronic health record Practice within a PCMH-certified primary care setting Benefits and Compensation
