Napleton Auto Park of Urbana , the
Automotive Service Technician
will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform the repair.
Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintains an organized work area.
Job Requirements
Automotive Service Technician experience
A SE certification desirable — all manufacturer experience welcome
Excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
