Responsibilities

As an

Electrical Systems Engineer

for the Radar Pathfinder Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Team, you will:

Manage electrical interfaces across the Radar Pathfinder vehicle during systems integration, test planning and test execution

Support systems test definition, including test success criteria

Development of Automated Time Sequences (ATS) and Relative Time Sequences (RTS)

Support ATLO test script development, ensuring alignment with system test objectives

Support ATLO during systems test execution, to include floor support and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with system engineering processes

Experience with System Integration, Test and/or Verification

Desired Skills:

Degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate

Knowledge in electrical architecture, design and integration (prior experience in LM400 or other common satellite bus architecture preferred)

Algorithm generation and troubleshooting

Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change

Ability to absorb technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on constrained schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data

Excellent team work, organizational, and communication skills and be capable of resolving problems across multidisciplinary groups

Experience integrating across functional organizations

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:

9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. The salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
