We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure steady revenues. Our company manages the entire process from Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, to Servicing and Maintenance. Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will facilitate communication of project progress and maintain accurate records. They will also coordinate large-scale, multi-month projects, requiring organizational and tracking skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders on scheduling, invoicing, and partnership agreements Develop and implement processes for tracking multiple projects simultaneously, from scheduling to completion Meet with team members to discuss project statuses and onboarding new projects, including liaising with external agencies and partners Understand roles within a construction team and assign next steps accordingly Comprehend complex project scopes and ensure timely delivery by managing workflow and next steps Coordinate meetings and communication across teams and external partners Proven experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles Ability to see the 'big picture' and plan accordingly Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving abilities BSc/BA in construction management, architecture, engineering, or relevant field Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards Experience with project management software and technical documents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of SMARTSHEETS is a plus Motivated, curious, and creative individual capable of prioritizing multiple projects Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with construction teams and management Proficiency in Smartsheet, Google Docs, Sheets, and Fieldwide (project management tool) Experience working directly with upper management or project management; internship experience is acceptable Zero Impact Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.
