Hubbell is seeking a

Continuous Improvement Engineer . The role involves identifying and executing improvement opportunities across the facility, focusing on safety, process efficiency, quality, waste reduction, training, labor optimization, and overall performance enhancement towards

World Class Manufacturing . The individual will actively coach on the production floor, promoting Lean Manufacturing principles and fostering a culture of participation and engagement. Candidates should be highly motivated, independent, passionate about continuous improvement, and committed to developing others. The position offers complex challenges requiring teamwork, data analysis, original thinking, persistence, and a positive attitude. #LI-BB2 Continuous Improvement Leadership:

Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities based on data. Develop strategies translating business goals into projects. Communicate and exemplify the company’s continuous improvement philosophy. Share best practices organization-wide. Act as a Lean/Continuous Improvement partner across all levels. Serve as a change agent for improvement initiatives. Train teams in improvement processes, layout, and flow using lean concepts. Manage sustainable improvements using tools like SQDC, PDCA, RCPS, etc. Create and deliver Lean training at all levels. Develop a culture of participation and engagement throughout the facility. Lean/Six Sigma:

Prepare lean savings budgets and coordinate actions to meet targets. Manage lean and improvement projects. Support current initiatives and develop future plans. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, lead-time, and inventory. Evaluate workflow and design improvements for safety and productivity. Lead value stream mapping exercises. Implement continuous improvement projects. Track and complete cost reductions. Document and communicate improvements in efficiency and utilization. Qualifications:

3-5 years in Lean Manufacturing; understanding of what “Good looks like”. Experience with Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, root cause analysis, FMEA, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
