Postdoctoral Scholar-Electrical Engineering

– The Department of Electrical Engineering at Penn State is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar. The successful candidate will work on Phased Arrays and Power Converters. The Postdoctoral Scholar will also mentor graduate students working in the area of semiconductor packaging. The successful candidate will be part of the JUMP 2.0 Center, namely the Center for Heterogeneous Integration of Micro Electronics Systems (CHIMES). Work on Phased Arrays and Power Converters. Mentor graduate students working in the area of semiconductor packaging. Collaborate as part of the JUMP 2.0 Center/CHIMES initiatives. Qualifications

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is required by the start date. Clean room experience. Background in semiconductor packaging. Additional Information
