Multifamily Developer/General Contractor currently seeking a Superintendent. This position will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interacting with subcontractors Partnering with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management Providing direction to the project team to complete the projects safely and on time Performing on-site Superintendent duties Required Skills Qualifications include: Multifamily Construction required. Podium & Wrap experience highly preferred Austin experience highly preferred Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills
