This position is an HVAC Turnover Tech who is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Hourly pay
25-35/hour
Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, and employee assistance programs

Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days
Responsibilities
HVAC Turnover Tech- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and replace compressors and motors
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide technical support as needed
Maintain accurate records of each job performed
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in Residential HVAC Service
EPA Universal Certified
Clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions
Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
