Graduate Engineer 2026

AtkinsRéalis, we aim to inspire young people and encourage you to consider a career in the engineering sector. You will have the opportunity to work within a large global multi-disciplinary consultancy and participate in a formal graduate development programme to obtain a professional qualification in relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful completion of work objectives;

Carry out engineering assignments under guidance, utilizing standard techniques, principles, and practices;

Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports under supervision.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

Degree holder or above in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Transport, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related discipline;

Attain GPA 3 or above or equivalent;

Attain HKDSE English Grade “3” or above, or equivalent;

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese or Putonghua; and

Possess an enquiring mind and a proactive approach to tasks.
