Automotive Service Technician

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs. Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications. Qualifications: 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required or willingness to achieve. A/B/C level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair. Dexterity with steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills. Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to learn and improve. Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
