Complete assigned repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct thorough test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate components and systems. Identify, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems. Maintain open communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs and accurate repair timelines. Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications to ensure quality and compliance. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in a Ford dealership is a plus. Proficient in diagnostic procedures, electrical troubleshooting, and engine repair. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively use diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic computer skills and comfort with modern automotive technology.
