What You'll Do
Mechanical Diagnostics & Repairs : Identify mechanical issues and repair tractor components following manuals and factory specifications.
Preventative Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Brake Systems : Manage air/hydraulic brake repairs.
Electronic Systems : Troubleshoot and repair electronic components.
Climate Control Repairs : Fix air conditioning and cab ventilation systems.
Tool Usage : Employ hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Engine & Transmission Work : Disassemble, inspect, and repair engines and transmissions, verifying parts against factory specifications.
What We Require
Experience : At least 3 years of diesel maintenance experience preferred.
Flexibility : Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Driving and Tools : Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (CDL is a plus). You should own your hand tools.
Certifications : Diesel Technical School certifications preferred (e.g., brakes, AC, EPA, DOT inspections, transmissions, and engines).
Health and Safety : Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
