An experienced Automation Technician is needed to support robotics, end-of-arm tooling, and automated assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment focused on healthcare products. This hands-on role involves equipment setup, troubleshooting, minor fabrication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Program and maintain 6-axis and SCARA robots. Troubleshoot automated equipment and auxiliary tools (e.g., welders, printers). Set up EOAT, conveyors, and secondary machinery. Build or modify fixtures, guards, and equipment as needed. Train others on robot and assembly equipment setup. Follow GMP/GDP and ensure equipment safety. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in automation or related fields. Forklift and Lockout/Tagout certified. Experience with machining tools and robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc). Toolmaking or machine building experience is a plus.
