Associate Veterinarian
to join our team! We are a full-service veterinary clinic providing a variety of services including routine check-ups, surgeries, laser therapy, rehab services with a certified rehab technician, and more for the dogs and cats of Brownsburg, Indiana. Our three-doctor team is supported by an experienced staff that includes five RVTs and 4 assistants. This is an ideal opportunity for both
experienced vets
and
new grads . We have a welcoming environment, and our doctors look forward to mentoring and helping other vets gain new skills. We offer a four-day work week with a 2-hour lunch break, and no weekend or emergency requirements. Our clean and modern facility includes: 11 exam rooms 2 surgical suites 3 treatment areas Digital radiography Therapy laser Surgical laser Paperless records and computer stations in each exam room Lift tables in large dog exam rooms Our Approach to Mentorship For new grads who join our team, we invest our time to ensure you get the support, time, and guidance for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes: Structured orientation and tailored mentorship program, including 1-on-1 surgical training and collaboration on cases Longer appointment times and shadowing opportunities Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates. New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position. Slack group discussions to connect you with experienced vets for case reviews, connection, and advice.
