We are looking for a new PT or FT veterinarian to our team at New Paltz Animal Hospital ! We are expanding and looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled DVM to join our family. About Us: New Paltz Animal Hospital is a stand-alone building located in the beautiful Hudson Valley region of New York. Our facility includes 4 exam rooms, a surgical suite, a treatment area, and a lab. Recently, we’ve upgraded our hospital by adding a new doctor’s office and converting the original office into a comfort room for clients and patients. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality care with a holistic approach. Our services include orthopedic surgeries, acupuncture, chiropractic, and much more. We also have a traveling specialist who provides abdominal ultrasounds and echocardiograms. What Sets Us Apart: Holistic Care: We offer acupuncture, chiropractic, and holistic medicine. Specialized Services: Orthopedic surgery, abdominal ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and more. Growing Practice: We’re actively expanding to serve more patients, including a potential future focus on exotics. Amazing Team: Our supportive and hardworking team fosters a positive work environment with a focus on work-life balance. We frequently participate in team outings and continuing education activities. What We Offer: The salary for this position can range from $145k - $185k/year for a 40-hour work week and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set and practice type. This includes a
$100k Sign-On Bonus for FT employees! Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship. 1-on-1 surgical training, shadowing, and continued learning. Paperless practice with access to modern equipment including a therapeutic laser and plans to upgrade ultrasound equipment.
