Description Our client, a well-funded nonprofit, is searching for a Quality Improvement Manager to add to their Team in Dallas, TX. Reporting to their CEO, you will lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across all clinical departments including primary care, pharmacy, mental health, patient relations, and pharmacy. This is hands-on role where you will lead QI efforts versus leading a team and delegating assignments. While their organization is running well with plans to expand in other areas, their leadership team wants to bring in a dedicated team member solely focused on owning QI initiatives. Someone well-versed in monitoring performance data and leveraging analytics to enhance patient outcomes. Whether you have worked in a hospital, smaller specialty outpatient facility, or surgical center, this would be an excellent fit for someone who would enjoy an environment with less bureaucracy and offers more autonomy to make a tangible difference in patient care. Their CEO wants to give you the runway (and trust) to make impactful changes that not only elevate patient care but strengthen internal alignment. This is an opportunity where your impact will be seen, felt, and heard. Responsibilities
