Position Title : Speech Language Pathologist Location : Split between South Austin and Pflugerville, TX Job Type : Full – Time, Exempt, In Clinic Pay : $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Sign On Bonus : $2,500 Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Current, active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist through TDLR Eligible to work in the U.S. and practice independently in Texas Must pass background checks and credentialing requirements Strong skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, organization, and functional goal writing Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy services in coordination with ABA professionals. Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with behavioral goals and address functional communication skills. Conduct standardized assessments, write evaluation reports, and maintain timely, compliant documentation. Support Spanish-speaking families through culturally and linguistically appropriate services (preferred) Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and the Lead SLP to ensure treatment fidelity and interdisciplinary consistency. Participate in department meetings, contribute to clinical planning, and assist in growing our integrated therapy model. Provide in-clinic direct therapy and consultative support across both assigned locations. About Training Wheels ABA
