Maintains 24 hour-a-day accountability for all patient care and nursing activities on assigned outpatient unit. Oversees and directs unit activities including standards development, human resource management, assessment of resource needs and utilization, staff development and communication within nursing practice as well as among other disciplines and departments. Oversees all performance improvement activities at the unit level and participates in committees at all levels within the institution.Seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on the use of technology in day-to-day operations. Will work with a variety of team members across multiple clinic sites. The NM is responsible for the direct management of the clinical team including nurses, Sleep Technologists, and Respiratory Therapists. The Nurse Manager will serve as a member of the Sleep Medicine leadership team and direct all aspects of patient care while working collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team as we provide ever-better patient care in our outpatient clinic through home sleep testing set-ups,
in-lab sleep testing, management of patient sleep devices, and provide an array of sleep therapies.Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
