Dykes Veterinary Clinic in Foley, Alabama, is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our 3-doctor team. Foley is located off the Gulf Coast, about 15 miles from Orange Beach and the shoreline. We’re searching for a compassionate veterinarian that values collaboration, enjoys companion animal medicine, and will fit in perfectly with our positive culture.

Must be licensed, or able to become licensed, in Alabama for consideration. This is a full-time role with
flexible scheduling and weekends off . There are
no emergency or on-call
services for this position. Background and Experience: Ability to collaborate with our 3 DVMs and talented support team Have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Build and uphold existing relationships with the Gulf Coast community Be hardworking, honest, and confident in your abilities Interest in (or experience) working with avian/exotic animals and pocket pets Compensation:
We offer flexible compensation options: choose between base salary, salary + production, or production only—whichever style fits your needs the best! We’re also offering a generous sign-on bonus and no negative accrual for this role. Our DVM team has a wide range of experience, from a seasoned Medical Director who’s been practicing in the area for over 30 years, to our most recent Associate who’s a 2024 graduate. Together, our 3 doctors have over 75 years of experience and special interests in internal medicine, ophthalmology, and orthopedic surgery.
