We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW, LPC, AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life! In this role you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults and/or children/adolescents, offering exceptional client care. Manage a caseload of 24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional). Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner. Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures. Participate in organizational trainings and professional development. Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis. $45-50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure. Full Time with comprehensive benefits. 401k match up to 4%. PTO: 10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days. Professional Development Support: $500.00 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses. 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance. Flexible scheduling: Work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload). Hybrid Model: Fully Telehealth/Remote (optional) / In-person (where medically necessary for clients). Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Masters in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred). Must be license-eligible (MA/MSW) with a focus on attaining any of the following licensures: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT). Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes. Ability to manage priorities and workflow/organizational skills. Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial: Individual & Family-focused therapy. CBT | DBT | ACT. EMDR. Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management). CADC. Marriage and Family Therapy. IOP/PHP programs. Group Therapy.
