Neurosurgery

Join a highly skilled team providing care for patients with neurotrauma, neurovascular, and neurological diseases (ie. stenosis, brain and spinal cord tumors). Position Details: Full time, Night Shift
3 12-hour daysper week (6:00pm-6:30am) Rotating weekends No call
100% inpatient Team includes 14physicians and 20APPs This innovative department provides challenging and rewarding work. Physicians are dedicated to providing value and autonomy to their Advanced Practice Providers and promote a supportive environment for learning. Cohesiveness, communication and critical thinking skills are a necessity. Key Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding and consults Patient care coordination Ordering diagnostic imaging and labs Perform complete neurological exams Interpret data and imaging results Assist in developing the plan of care for patients Qualifications: ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification
required APP Experience in neurosurgery and/or ICU
preferred If new graduate, clinical rotation and/or clinical rotations in neurosurgery, trauma, or ICU is
required General knowledge of neurological deficits and disordered
