VetMED, an AAHA-accredited Specialty and 24-hour Emergency hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking motivated Emergency Veterinarians to join our skilled, dedicated, and passionate Emergency team. We welcome internship-trained and experienced ER clinicians (minimum of 2 years) to apply.

Choose your path. Control your full-time schedule. Want full time status and have more time off? Want to generate more income? You can do both at VetMED! A 10-shift-per-4-weeks schedule is considered full-time with benefits, with the option to commit to additional shifts for a higher income.
Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time:
10 shifts per 4 weeks — $160,000 / 24% production
Full-Time: 12 shifts per 4 weeks — $200,000 / 24% production
Part-Time:
6 shifts per 4 weeks — $100,000 / 24% production
Collaborative Environment Work alongside specialists and residency-trained colleagues in Critical Care, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Radiology and Dermatology. Our ER and specialty teams collaborate closely to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our state-of-the-art ER is equipped with:
Telemetry
High-flow oxygen therapy
Mechanical ventilation
Two radiology suites
Dedicated procedure room
Skilled technicians
Endoscopy
