Capstone Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with advanced training in Pelvic Health to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned, private practice committed to providing clinical excellence through one-on-one care. Our team emphasizes advanced education, specialty certifications, and top-tier customer service—all in a supportive, collaborative environment. We do not use aides or care extenders. All treatment is provided by licensed therapists, and 45-minute treatment sessions ensure continuity and quality of care.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT)
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in advanced pelvic health physical therapy (e.g., APTA CAPP-Pelvic, Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Certification, or equivalent)
2-3 years’ experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and/or pre- and post-natal conditions
Compensation Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, education, and specialization. Performance-based bonuses available.

We offer Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy services and maintain a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
