Genesis Health Clubs
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property, including but not limited to general facility maintenance, building repairs, construction projects, and equipment maintenance. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns, and identify unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet the Club’s standards and procedures.
Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager daily.
Perform other duties as required.
Possess knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair, and maintenance.
