Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Automation Engineer to work 5 days on-site in Hawthorne, CA for a leading satellite internet provider building the world’s largest broadband network. As part of the Growth Analytics & Automation team, you’ll develop and maintain automation systems that drive customer growth, improve user experience, and accelerate monetization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation tools to support customer acquisition and market expansion

Develop monitoring systems and alerts to ensure automation reliability

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate automation into scalable solutions

Report performance metrics and insights to leadership

Design experiments and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or a STEM field

2+ years of experience in engineering, analytics, software, or product/operations roles

Proficiency in Python; SQL experience preferred

Strong communication and project management skills

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
