To be considered for a position at Anord Mardix, you must complete the application process first).To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an **Electrical Engineer** located in **Henrico, VA.**Reporting to the **Electrical Engineering Manager,** the **Electrical Engineer** role involves designing the electrical functionality of a product and have responsibility for specifications, component selection, circuit design, electrical testing and final product electrical performance* Write high-level and/or detailed Design Specifications* Select components based on Flex and/or customer Approved Vendor List to support technical requirements and meet Flex supply chain needs* Schematic design & PCB Stack-up* Technical supervision of CAD resources. In some cases may also be responsible for CAD work.* Review of Design for Manufacturing and Testability reports to maximize production yields* Prototype board bring-up, test, validation, debug and documentation* Support for manufacturing prototype, pilot and mass production builds* Foster relationships with suppliers to understand and influence technology roadmaps* May also be assigned to support production related debug or NPI activities* May also participate in quote development, product architecture or technology development activitiesAnord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions.
