Know more about the Division Here: Inari Medical You will need to live within commuting distance to our 6001 Oak Canyon STE 100, Irvine, CA office. You will need to be in the office 5 days a week. What You Will Do

Design, develop, and evaluate components and systems for medical devices. Translate complex user needs into simple system designs and specifications. Conduct advanced prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting. Guide cross-functional teams in technology exploration and implementation. Drive competitive strategies using market and clinical insights. Ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor team members and contribute to R&D processes and documentation. Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Project Management teams to deliver high-quality results. Lead process improvements, prototype development, and technical expertise in product releases. Inspire and mentor colleagues while promoting collaboration across teams. What you need

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 6+ years of work experience. Proficiency in CAD tools, with strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks. Proven background in detailed product design, with the ability to apply appropriate testing methods to medical devices. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with catheter or delivery system design, including detailed component interactions and implant–delivery system integration. Knowledge of ISO standards for catheter-based devices, with exposure to Class III products and PMA submissions. Background in new product development within the medical device industry, ideally with complex catheter or stent delivery systems. Comfortable collaborating directly with physicians during evaluations and able to translate clinical feedback into design improvements. $100,500- $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
