We are seeking a doctor with
5+ years of small animal experience in general practice, surgery, and internal medicine
who is ready to: Lead and mentor our team of talented Veterinarians and support staff Collaborate with divisional leadership and our practice manager Oversee hospital operations while maintaining regulatory compliance Provide exceptional medical leadership and take on challenging cases About Our Hospital: 4.7 stars on Google Reviews State-of-the-art technology: BAER hearing testing, laser surgery, diagnostic ultrasound, cryo unit 3 DVMs, strong CVT/tech support (1:2 ratio), and a dedicated front & kennel team Up to $180,000 total package compensation A healthy amount of well-deserved PTO License & DEA coverage Two professional memberships Continuing education coverage Profit Sharing program Leadership Development : Opportunities for mentorship, financial training, and growth into practice ownership.
