Physician Assistant - NYP Medical Group Brooklyn – Urology The Urology PA is an integral part of the care team. This PA will have the opportunity to learn and develop a multitude of Urology skills and procedures. Take advantage of this opportunity to advance your knowledge base and skills while working in a dynamic group. Transform lives, and channel your potential in a fast paced, high quality, clinical setting. Establishes a presumptive diagnosis and performs a general work-up including the ordering of appropriate laboratory studies. Under supervision, is responsible for the patient’s medical issues following the diagnosis. Work Schedule This is full time (Monday-Friday – 8:00am-6:30pm). Hours will vary depending on provider. Position based at NYP Medical Group Brooklyn located at 38 6th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217. May be required to cover at other locations within Brooklyn Medical Group. Qualifications
Preferred Criteria One year of inpatient experience Experienced Physician Assistant within a Urology, Oncology, OB GYN and/ or Surgery in a patient care setting Bilingual- English/Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Degree or major in Certified Physician Assistant Licensure as a Physician's Assistant by the State of New York National Commission Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Additional Information
