The Supply Chain Manager at Viant Medical plays a critical role in driving excellence across production planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in manufacturing scheduling, ERP systems, and cross-functional supply chain processes. We are also open to considering Senior Production Planners or Master Schedulers ready to take the next step in their career. Job Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership to the supply chain team, aligned with Viant’s values and operational goals. Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, accountable for metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. Lead the master scheduling process across site and global operations. Ensure production schedules align with long-term supply plans and capacity constraints. Develop and maintain accurate BOMs, lead times, and capacity models within ERP systems. Support planners with systematic management of work orders and shop floor schedules. Monitor and improve schedule attainment, OTD, and inventory health metrics. Establish optimal inventory levels to meet service targets while minimizing obsolescence. Drive aggressive inventory initiatives to meet site goals. Oversee procurement strategies and supplier performance in alignment with production needs. Facilitate the SIOP process with executive and site-level stakeholders. Collaborate with commercial and planning teams to build and maintain demand and supply plans. Link S&OP plans to daily execution through standard work and management systems. Develop and present standardized S&OP metrics to leadership. Analyze complex data sets (financial, costing, operational) to identify and solve supply chain challenges. Ensure master data integrity and generate performance metrics to monitor production activities. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field). Master’s Degree or APICS CPIM / CSCP certification preferred. Job Experience

4+ years of experience in manufacturing production planning and scheduling. 4+ years of management or supervision experience (Preferred) Proven success implementing and improving ERP planning tools (Oracle, IQMS, QAD, Kinaxis). Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical Device, Aerospace, Automotive). Strong background in SIOP/S&OP, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration. Skills

Strong interpersonal skills set to develop, enhance and further cultivate good vendor relations and partnerships Must demonstrate advanced ERP and Presentation skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong PC skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $125k-$140k. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
