Project Manager

to join our team at our

Dallas

location, which is set to open in 2025! The

Project Management Team

is the backbone of our growing business. This position is scheduled Monday - Thursday 7am – 4:30pm and Friday 7am – 3:30pm. Job Responsibilities Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and within budget. Efficiently communicate and work with customers, vendors, and architects to provide the best solutions for project needs. Manage projects from estimate, contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, billing, to closeout. Preferred Qualifications Experience using industry-specific software (Comsense). Familiarity with Division 8 specifications and the construction industry. Minimum Requirements Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. Must pass drug and alcohol screening and successfully complete random screenings.
