We’re building a smarter, more connected PMO function, and we’re looking for a Lead PMO Data Analyst to help us shape how data and governance drive decision-making across our delivery portfolios. This is your opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be at the centre of our PMO, leading the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks that give real-time visibility into portfolio health. You’ll be working across the IT function, partnering with delivery leaders, value stream owners, and senior stakeholders to ensure our data is accurate, our processes are aligned, and our decisions are informed. From supporting the facilitation of key governance forums to mentoring PMO colleagues, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things data and delivery. Responsibilities
Lead the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health. Collaborate across the IT function with delivery leaders, value stream owners, and senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and aligned processes that inform decisions. Support the facilitation of key governance forums and mentor PMO colleagues as the go-to expert for data and delivery. What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, collaborative, and confident leading data-driven tooling to provide real-time insight and foresight. You’ll be confident in building and maintaining data-driven reporting solutions; working with PPM tools, APIs, Power Apps and platforms to integrate and automate data flows. You’ll be able to manipulate and analyse complex datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency. Working style
You’ll be comfortable working independently, but also thrive in a team environment where pace, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement are part of the culture. If you’ve worked in a global organisation or have knowledge or experience of modern advanced platforms such as Databricks that’s a bonus—but what really matters is your ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
