About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Inventory Manager
to oversee maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory across our Southeast facilities. This role ensures critical spare parts, tools, and consumables are available to support equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. You will work closely with maintenance, procurement, operations, and engineering teams to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory across regional maintenance facilities. Coordinate with maintenance teams to fulfill parts requests and support work orders, PM schedules, and shutdowns. Implement inventory control processes, cycle counting, and auditing to maintain accuracy. Standardize inventory systems and procedures across multiple sites. Liaise with vendors and procurement to manage lead times, backorders, and urgent parts requests. Provide regular reporting on inventory turnover, critical spares availability, and cost metrics. Lead and develop regional inventory teams, set performance goals, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of inventory management experience in maintenance, facilities, or asset-intensive industries. Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) and MRO processes. Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and spare parts management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (ERP, WMS). Excellent organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
