IT Procurement Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Logistics & Supply Chain Location: Duration: 24Months+ Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive strategic procurement initiatives with a focus on logistics and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement platforms, sourcing strategies, vendor management , and contract negotiations, combined with knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This role requires partnering closely with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes, implement technology solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IT procurement programs, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management . Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to understand business requirements, identify technology solutions, and align procurement strategies accordingly. Manage large-scale procurement projects , ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering measurable business outcomes. Drive adoption and implementation of procurement tools and platforms (e.g., Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba) to enhance efficiency and compliance. Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles; proactively propose mitigation plans and align stakeholders. Work with finance, legal, operations, and IT teams to define sourcing strategies and manage RFP processes. Implement best practices, process improvements, and automation in procurement workflows. Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and vendor audit protocols. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior procurement staff and cross-functional project teams. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in IT procurement or related roles. Strong knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, or similar tools. Solid understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations and technology. Proven experience managing complex procurement programs, including multi-vendor contracts and integrations. Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with contract management , compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management , Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CPM (Certified Procurement Manager ), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management ), or PMP ( Project

Management Professional). Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams. Familiarity with AI-driven procurement solutions or automation tools. Exposure to regulatory and customs compliance in logistics procurement.
