Structural Steel Project Manager | Mid Atlantic Region $90,000 to $120,000 + Car + Bonuses If you have experience managing Structural Steel projects from specifications, through production, delivery and erection, come and join a well-established and growing structural steel fabricator focused on the commercial, industrial, Civic, Cultural, and datacenter sectors. Responsibilities

Manage Structural Steel projects from specifications through production, delivery and erection. Coordinate and drive production, delivery, and erection schedules. Resolve construction site issues and manage change orders. Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors with professional communication. Oversee project budget and job costing, ensuring adherence to scope. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years structural steel project management experience for commercial or industrial construction. Experience interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Skilled in coordinating and driving production, delivery, and erection schedules. Proficient in resolving construction site issues and managing change orders. Professional communication skills for liaising with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Experience with budget oversight regarding project scope, including job costing. How to Apply
